The noisy hotel kept us up, while the pools were a fun highlight for our kids.

Nice hotel with very good food and friendly staff. I can only recommend it. Good value for the money

Rooms that are not renovated are a used and worn. However we could see the hotel are renovating many rooms here (March) before the season

Its location in Lloret de Mar was particularly good and perfect, not far from nearest bus terminal, the coast and restaurants right outside. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Lloret Beach...

A Family-Friendly Experience with Great Dining Options

Our family enjoyed a delightful stay with helpful reception staff who swiftly addressed our queries. The buzzing dining room featured fresh food, making every meal a treat. Consider dining later in the evening for a more relaxed atmosphere. It’s perfect for those traveling with kids.

The self-service breakfast was adequate and well presented. the indoor swimming pool was warm and clean.

The accommodation was sub-standard,allocated rooms in hotel were below basic. Moved to apartments which were ok except for infestation of ants everyday,The loud ,obnoxious and abusive behaviour of a large group of people over the new year was intolerable, We left a day early.Never again.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, enhancing the overall experience, especially during breakfast, which featured delicious tapas. However, parking was a significant drawback. it was costly at 20 euros per day and finding a spot was challenging. The children's food options were limited, which caused issues for picky eaters, and the queues during meal times felt chaotic, detracting from the experience.

Unhelpful staff, not worth the money paid

In general: In general room was ok however had bugs in the bed and reception staff couldn’t understand what the problem was. Mouldy bath, rusty handles, towels not replaced on some days therefore had to find housekeeping staff in the corridors to get clean towels and room was dirty. Was part of a group and some of the kids rooms had problems in closing the balcony door which was really unsafe. Very noisy area, had 11 year olds in rooms and on the same floor a group of teens drunk every night and no one could control them. Reception told us we cannot do anything. Dining: Food was ok but not wow.

We loved our stay at this resort with its amazing five pools, including a heated indoor option, which was a hit with the kids. The splash park was perfect for the little ones, and they had a great time 

swiming pools in the hotel and location.

no ice machine. pools were old and not properly maintained. rooms were refreshed, but not "silver" level. brekfast was monotonous, every day similar.

Our stay was wonderful! The children loved the aqua park with the slides and pools. The staff were remarkably attentive, especially at the kids club, making our family feel welcomed. Breakfast was ample, but some variety would enhance the experience. Great location near the beach and shops made exploring easy. Overall, it was a delightful getaway for our family, full of laughter and joy.

the staff who cleaned the rooms were the nicest in the hotel, also the animation team were quite nice and friendly.

Was not given the correct room which i had booked on Booked.net and changed but only the day after because there was no space in hotel.No parking space in hotel; There was water leaking from the roof in the bathroom and asked if we should change rooms again but we were told no.Too many people at the pool and had to fight to get your breakfast in the morning as it is a buffet.Very noisy but that was ok except for the kids who couldn't sleep until 1am and were therefore v. tired next day.also when you booking on Booked.net it's says 4 star hotel but there is part of the hotel which is 3 star (where we stayed).

The pools are a blast and kept clean, perfect for family fun with plenty of sun loungers. The food options cater well to vegetarians. The indoor pool is a great escape when it gets too hot outside.

The staff could improve their customer service, as some attitudes felt dismissive.

Parking was secure but not that easy too locate

Beds very firm, we seemed to be positioned in the other hotel, as it appeared to have been built in two different eras. Madness at checkout when couldn't actually get out due to mad influx of people who had been deposited there....

The resort has 4 outdoor pools and a fun aqua park. The staff organized a fantastic pony riding experience for the kids, which they loved.

It was not exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.
